Jinghu National Urban Wetland Park
Jinghu National Urban Wetland Park is a scenic area where you can spend a whole day in contact with pure nature. Nature lovers can see many water bird species here such as the egret. The best season for bird-watching is spring during March and April.
As the green heart of Shaoxing, Jinghu Urban Wetland Park was designated as one of the nine National Urban Wetland Park in China. Covering an area of 16 square kilometers, Jinghu Wetland has dense water networks, and many plant and animal species.

Peach Farm Ecologic Tourist Area
 The Peach Farm Ecologic Tourist Area covers an area of 0.8 square kilometers comprising lakes, farms, recreational areas and riverside resorts. This is a place full of rural flavor, ecology and quiet. You may go around for sightseeing, live in a local farmhouse, pick fruit with your own hands, go fishing and dig out the bamboo shoots, or just relax.

The whole water drifting route goes through 3.5 kilometers on the Yan River. Along the way, you will appreciate the scenery of the graceful and peaceful countryside, and you may even sing the Yue Opera together with the farmers living on the riverbanks. Other interesting attractions include the barbeque area and children’s playground.
Yan River, the mother river of Shengzhou, is also called the “Road of Poems of the Tang Dynasty.” Shengzhou is also known as the birthplace of Yue Opera. Imagine yourself sitting in front of the ancient opera stage, listening to the authentic melody of Yue Opera. What a marvelous picture!
